This policy explains what we collect when you contact us through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

When you submit the enquiry form, we record your name, your WhatsApp number, your email address if you give one, the service you asked about, anything you type in the message field, and technical details of your visit: the page you were on, where you arrived from, and your browser's user agent. Using the WhatsApp button on this site records your name, your WhatsApp number, and those same technical details.

We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to provide the service you asked about. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside Almas Financing Broker L.L.C. and Bareq Almas Businessmen Services, except where you have asked us to submit an application on your behalf, and with the outside service providers who host this website and deliver our email, who may only handle it on our instructions.

We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them. To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to remove it, email [email protected]; we will act on your request, though we cannot promise that removes every copy from every system we use to receive an enquiry.

Using the WhatsApp button, or any other WhatsApp link on this site, sends your browser straight to WhatsApp, so WhatsApp receives your IP address and browser details as soon as that happens, whether or not you go on to send a message there. Anything you do send is handled under WhatsApp's own terms, which we do not control.
